In 2-3 days an international space station returns to Earth for good

That other  international space station Tiangong-1 launched with much less fanfare than the ISS  will be returning to earth in the next few days, and  for good.

But the Chinese aren't getting out space exploration. Tiangong-1 was designed to test out unspecified technologies, and is a trail blazer in what will be a series of larger and more ambitious space stations.  While the ISS, now a gig for popstars, loses credibility--the Chinese are taking space exploration very seriously.
